You have received a card with a personalized access code.
Go to the page ORDER MY PHOTOS, enter the name of the school, and follow the login steps.
Tip: Check for spaces, capital letters, and numbers if the code doesn’t work.
In your gallery:
• Select a photo
• Click "Order"
• Choose your format (print, digital, etc.)
• Add to cart
Once you're done, go to your cart and complete your order.
Yes. You can add up to 5 different access codes to your account.
This allows you to:
• View all your children’s photos in one place
• Save on shipping costs
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method:
• Delivery to school or daycare: approximately5 to 10 business days after the deadline
• Home delivery: varies by product
Processing begins once payment is confirmed.
Digital photos are automatically emailed to you within10 minutes of your payment.

The8×10size has different proportions, which means the photo will be cropped.
Take the time to adjust your framing before finalizing your order.
Each child receivesa free5×7 group photo. This photo is distributed separately from the photo package, since all children receive it, even if they haven’t placed an order. It is usually handed out by the teacher.
If you haven’t received it, we ask that you first check with the teacher. You can also take a quick look in their backpack, planner, or locker—sometimes the photo is tucked away there.
For separated families or to obtain an additional copy, you can purchase one from your child’s gallery.
Since orders are sent to the lab quickly, it is difficult to make changes.
